ZHAO Shengliang, current president of Dunhuang Academy China, part-time professor of Shanghai Donghua University, PhD in Literature, and researcher. Focusing on Dunhuang’s grotto art and China’s art history, ZHAO has published over 50 papers on domestic and overseas academic journals. His major works include Complete Collection of the Landscape Scrolls of Dunhuang Grottoes, A Study of the Landscape in Dunhuang Grotto Murals, A Brief History of Flying Apsaras, and Ten Lectures on Dunhuang Art.
