 eldest son of SHEN Congwen. Born in November 1934 at Daziying, Fuyou Street, Beijing, SHEN Longzhu was mistakenly condemned as a rightist in 1957 and had his innocence restored at the beginning of 1979. Later he became a senior engineer and was once the vice director of the Electronics Factory of Beijing Institute of Technology. He lived with his parents for a long time and took part in the compilation of Complete Works of SHEN Congwen, which made him develop unique understanding of his parents.
