JIA Kang, current CPPCC member, member of the Committee for Economic Affairs of CPPCC, chief economist of China Academy of New Supply-Side Economics, researcher and doctoral supervisor of Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences (CAFS) directly under the Ministry of Finance, and consultant of Society of Public Finance of China. In 2013 he took charge of the compilation of New Supply-Side: Innovation of Economic Theory in China and initiated the establishment of China Academy of New Supply-Side Economics, along with China New Supply-Side Economist 50 Forum, as the first president and secretary-general.
