Belt and Road International Institute compiled this book focusing on legal protection and dispute resolution. National complaint system and problems related to the Belt and Road Initiative, such as dispute resolution, arbitration and appeal, and transparency and operation rules of dispute resolution mechanism, are included, aiming to allow Hong Kong to play a special role in the construction of the Belt and Road by virtue of dispute resolution mechanism.

Guiguo WANG, doctor in Philosophy of Law of Yale Law School, famous international economic jurist in China, the first doctor in Philosophy of Law of Yale Law School in Mainland China. WANG has taught successively in Peking University Law School, City University of Hong Kong School of Law, and Zhejiang University Guanghua Law School (as principal lecturer, professor, chair professor, professor of Recruitment Program of Global Experts, Senior Professor of Humanities of Zhejiang University successively). He has published Legal Order of International Trade and several theses at international academic conferences, and has visited and given lectures in many famous colleges in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Japan and other countries.
